The rooms were neat and top-notch, with comfy beds. Location: the hotel was right by supermarket, outskirts of Glenrothes and Perth. The staff was competent - we will be back.

Perfect base for exploring Glenrothes. Clean place & welcoming and unobtrusive staff in all areas. Peaceful and decent location for our visit to The Hands not too far from the hotel. Positioned in the lovely area, really close to restaurants, and Edinburgh.

It was just a fitting option for a transient visit in Glenrothes with good value considering price it charged. The bed was comfortable enough for a decent night's sleep after a long drive. Make sure to check if the facilities are working before settling in.

Recommend for a mini-vacation
Comfortable bed, clean room, the shower was well designed and user friendly, having excellent parking facilities made our stay hassle-free.
The walls were a bit thin, which could lead to disturbances from neighboring guests.

It was very convenient for a family wedding we were attending at another venue. The staff I spoke when booking and making other enquiries were most helpful and pleasant. Also those on duty at the time. There were 6 adults and 1 baby in the party and they were able to give us what we required.
The area for breakfast was rather cramped as it was very busy at the time we wanted to eat.

Great Staff, Clean Rooms!
The rooms were super clean, and there was plenty of coffee and tea. The staff was really helpful, especially when they offered to switch our rooms to the ground floor 'cause my dad couldn't do stairs. Breakfast was nice and filled up fast.
